MEI Appraisal Company, LLC. is a full service valuation company that specializes in tax based real property appraisals and valuation consulting services. MEI clients include large corporations, government agencies, mortgage and financial institutions, and legal and accounting firms. MEI was founded by Michael Ehrenberg to provide the highest quality appraisal valuation services available with a competitive pricing structure.
Michael Ehrenberg - Owner
Michael Ehrenberg, ASA,
Owner of MEI Appraisal LLC,
began his appraisal experience in 1983 culminating in establishing his
own company based in New Jersey. A state-certified general
real estate appraiser in New Jersey, Mr. Ehrenberg is a senior member
of the American Society of Appraisers,
designations in Real Property-Urban and
Residential.
A graduate of the University of Delaware, with a Bachelor of Consumer Economics, he specializes in the valuation of residential and commercial properties for financing and tax appeal purposes.
He is experienced in complex commercial, industrial, vacant land and residential appraisals for estate, litigation, relocation and financing. In addition his testimony has been provided for ad-valorem and zoning board cases in over 20 states.
He is qualified as an expert witness in federal, state, and local courts.
